30-day returns

Changed your mind? Return unused hardware in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. EU/UK consumers additionally have their statutory 14-day withdrawal right, which this policy extends rather than replaces.

How to start a return

1. Email support@stripline.org with your order number (or purchase code, e.g. SL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
2. We reply with an RMA reference and the return address.
3. Ship it back tracked. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong or a defective item.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Not returnable

• Hardware that has been soldered to, modified, or damaged by misuse (e.g. over-voltage).
• Custom or built-to-order items, unless defective.

Defective on arrival

DOA units are handled under the warranty — we cover return shipping and prioritise replacement.
