Terms of Sale
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These terms govern purchases from Stripline (“we”, “us”) at stripline.org. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders & account
Purchases require an account (email link or Google sign-in). An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we email your order confirmation with its purchase code. We may refuse or cancel orders — for example on suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock errors or export restrictions — with a full refund of anything paid.
Prices & payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated; both are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Obvious pricing mistakes are not binding.
Shipping & risk
Shipping methods, estimates and costs are shown at checkout and described in the shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. You are the importer of record for international orders and are responsible for import duties and local taxes.
Intended use
Our products are development and instrumentation hardware for skilled users. They are not authorised for use in life-support, safety-critical or medical systems. Radio-frequency hardware must be operated in accordance with your local spectrum regulations.
Firmware & documentation
Firmware and design files are licensed, not sold, under the licence shown at download. You may use them with genuine Stripline hardware; you may not redistribute or sublicense them.
Returns, warranty & liability
Returns are handled per the returns policy and defects per the warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.
Export control
You agree to comply with applicable export laws — see export compliance.
