Warranty

12-month warranty

Every Stripline product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. Your purchase code (on your confirmation email and in your account) is your proof of purchase.

What we'll do

If a product fails under normal use within the warranty period we will, at our choice, repair it, replace it, or refund it. We cover shipping both ways for valid warranty claims.

What's not covered

• Damage from over-voltage, reverse polarity, ESD abuse or operation outside datasheet limits.
• Physical damage, modifications, or reflowed/soldered boards (connector soldering per the manual is fine).
• Normal wear of connectors within their rated mating cycles.

Claims

Email support@stripline.org with the purchase code and a description of the fault — measurements or photos help us resolve it fast, often without a return.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
