Export Compliance

RF, FPGA and related hardware can be subject to export-control regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and equivalent rules elsewhere.

Our commitments

• We classify our products and record their classification (e.g. ECCN) where applicable.
• We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned destinations, entities or persons; checkout blocks restricted countries.
• We screen unusual orders and may request end-use information before accepting them.

Your commitments

By purchasing you confirm that you will not:

• re-export or divert products to embargoed destinations or denied parties, or
• use them in connection with weapons of mass destruction or other prohibited end uses.
