The SL-LNA-2440 is a two-stage low-noise amplifier optimised for 2.4 GHz ISM-band receivers. A pHEMT first stage delivers a 0.9 dB noise figure while the second stage provides the bulk of the 18 dB total gain with excellent stability margins.
On-board bias sequencing, ESD steering diodes and a machined shield fence make it robust enough for field use, while the SMA interface and 50 Ω match keep bench integration trivial. Every unit is measured before shipping; the plots in the datasheet are from production test, not simulation.
